Wow– the year is almost over! And what a year it’s been. The difficulties and the awfulness of these intense times have too often overshadowed the more positive aspects of this troubled period.
What we lavish our attention on is what grows. It is of utmost importance to continue to pay attention to and vanquish the negativity that’s going on in our world. It is equally important to be aware of, acknowledge, and promote what is positive and life affirming, too.
This month, let’s begin and end each day by thinking of three things we’re grateful for. In order to assist you in this positive energy exercise, your message this month is in the form of a gratitude quote. Write it down, keep it with you and refer to it throughout your day. This strengthening practice will replenish your reservoir of hope, courage, and determination.
Again, please remember– it’s your gift, your right, and your responsibility to let the magical significance of your journey delight, define, and inspire you. Envision without fear, ask for what you want, listen carefully to God, take the actions necessary to make it happen, and experience the results with love, joy, and gratitude.
