August 2015 Tarotscope

thesunThis month’s theme songs– “As” and “Loves in Need of Love Today” by Stevie Wonder

It’s mid-Summer and Venus, the planet of values, women, relationships, art, music, balance, healing, beauty, diplomacy and money is retrograde until September 6th.

When a planet is retrograde, whatever qualities it rules are up for review. Some of what (or who) comes up for us or back to us is timely and needs to be honored by our attention; the rest of those old memories, stories and relationships are negative, harmful and/or no longer true for us and, therefore, need to be released and tossed out!

Every profound experience of our lives has a song or sound track accompanying it. Whether we’re familiar with the tune or not, whenever we hear it, we come face-to-face with our recollection of the experiences that the song evokes. Your message this month comes in the form of a song. As you listen to it, allow those old recollections to come to your consciousness so that you can clearly see what/who/where you are, as well as what’s really yours and what isn’t any more. (If you’d like, you can sing along by going to YouTube and typing in the name of your song.)
